Refill, refund, or a little more time?

A plain-English guide to order progress, drops, refill coverage, and wallet credits—plus the details that help support resolve a question.

An order can raise different questions at different stages. Has delivery started? Did the service complete only part of it? Did the count fall after delivery? Is the question actually about a payment that has not reached your wallet?

Those situations do not all need the same action. This guide explains the main differences and how to give Rally support the information needed to check your case. The current service listing and Rally's service terms remain the place to confirm the rules for your order.

First, identify which reference you need

For a service question, find the Rally order in My orders and keep its order ID. Check the service name, public link, quantity, status, and last update. These details tell support which purchase to investigate.

For wallet funding, use the payment reference from the Korapay checkout or the payment attempt shown in your wallet. A funding reference and an order ID identify different records. If a payment has not been verified, it does not yet create spendable wallet credit, even if you have completed a step in the checkout.

Keeping the right reference avoids an unnecessary round of questions. Never send payment card details, social passwords, one-time codes, or private recovery links with a support request.

A delay is different from a drop

A delay concerns an order that has not started or finished as expected. A drop concerns a decrease observed after activity has been delivered. The first question is about delivery progress; the second may be about refill eligibility.

Start by comparing the current status with the service's estimated start time and delivery speed. Those times are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. If an order is taking longer than you expected, keep the original reference and ask for a status check.

Avoid placing a replacement order for the same link while the first order's outcome is uncertain. If both eventually deliver, you may receive overlapping activity and have a much less clear record of what happened. A review should resolve the original order before a new submission or refund is assumed.

What a refill means

A refill is a request to review a drop under a service that includes refill coverage. It is subject to the coverage window and the service's eligibility terms. Some services include no refill at all. Others have an explicitly confirmed period.

Read the actual service terms rather than assuming all services on the same platform share a policy. If a listing mentions refill without a confirmed duration, ask Rally before ordering. A phrase in a service title is not a reason to invent a longer coverage period.

Refill coverage does not promise permanent retention or protection from platform enforcement. It also does not automatically mean that a drop becomes a cash refund. The request needs to be checked against the particular order and its terms.

How to ask for a refill review

Open the order details and use Request refill when it is available, or contact support with the order ID and current public link. Explain when you noticed the change and what you are seeing. Keep the destination accessible while the issue is being investigated.

A concise message is enough: “Please check order [my order ID] for refill eligibility. This is the current public link, and I noticed the count change today.” Add relevant screenshots if support needs them, but do not substitute a screenshot for the order reference.

Submitting the request starts a review; it does not mean that replacement delivery has already happened. Follow up using the same case or reference so the investigation stays together. If the button is unavailable, support can help explain the applicable terms rather than promising an exception in advance.

Cancellation has a specific window

In Rally, you can cancel a pending order while the cancellation option remains available before service submission begins. Once submission starts, the order may no longer be cancellable. A cancellation request cannot always stop activity already being processed elsewhere.

This is why checking the final link, service, and quantity before confirmation matters. If you notice a mistake after ordering, open the order immediately and contact support with the reference. Do not assume that a later message will change the destination of an order already submitted.

Partial delivery and wallet refunds

When the service confirms a cancellation, the eligible order amount returns to your Rally wallet. When confirmed delivery is partial, eligible credit covers the undelivered portion. These credits appear in your transaction history and affect the available wallet balance.

For example, if an eligible partial order receives a wallet credit, the delivered portion and the refund should be understood together. A refund entry does not necessarily mean that the entire original order was reversed. Check the order and transaction amounts rather than judging from the label alone.

Rally reviews uncertain service submissions before issuing a refund or sending the order again. That prevents an assumption about the first attempt from causing duplicate delivery or charges. If the order is under review, retain the reference and let that investigation establish what happened.

A wallet credit is not a bank withdrawal

Rally wallet credit is used for Rally services. Account-to-account transfers and self-service cash withdrawals are not available. An order refund credited to your wallet is different from money being returned to the original payment method.

For unused funds, a duplicate payment, a disputed charge, or a request involving the original payment method, contact support for a review. Include the payment reference, amount, time, and a clear explanation. The team may need to check payment and service records before confirming the resolution.

If a funding payment is delayed, do not make another payment solely to fix the first one. Check the payment attempt and send the existing reference so support can trace that transaction.

The details that make support easier

  • The Rally order ID or payment reference, depending on the issue.
  • The service name and exact public link for an order.
  • What you expected, what you observed, and when you noticed it.
  • Any relevant earlier support case or confirmed refund entry.

Use Rally's contact page to choose the right support channel. Clear references and one continuous conversation make it easier to establish whether you need a refill review, a payment check, an eligible credit, or simply an update on an order still in progress.
