Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys private. Provide accurate details and use the service only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage.

Services and delivery

Read the description, quantity limits, delivery estimate, and coverage on each service before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Artificial engagement may violate the policies of the platform on which you use it; do not assume a purchase will produce sales, genuine interest, or monetization eligibility.

Payments and refunds

Korapay handles live payments. Wallet funds become available after verification. Pending orders can be cancelled before supplier submission begins. Confirmed failed or partially delivered orders receive the appropriate wallet credit. Refunds to an original payment method and unused-funds disputes require a support review; nothing in these terms removes applicable consumer rights.

Refill coverage

Refills apply only where included in the service, within its stated window and subject to review. Coverage does not imply permanent retention or protection from platform enforcement.

Support and disputes

Open a conversation from your dashboard and include the order or payment reference. Do not submit social account passwords or payment card data.

Demo mode

Demo balances, services, and delivery are simulated. Demo funds have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
